Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Sie übernehmen Steuer- und Statistikmeldungen im In- und Ausland und bereiten die Budgetplanung auf und kontrollieren sie
- Sie erledigen allgemeine buchhalterische Aufgaben und arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft mit
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien, wie beispielsweise des Vier-Augen-Prinzips und bestehender Limitstrukturen, sicher
- Sie unterstützen bei internen und externen Audits und dokumentieren Prozesse
- Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Bereichen unseres Unternehmens zusammen, insbesondere mit Finanzbuchhaltung und Hauptbuchhaltung, Controlling, Corporate Finance und unseren Bankpartnern, sowie mit der IT bei Systemanpassungen und Prozessoptimierungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter:in, Buchhalter:in oder Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie bringen Teamgeist sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit mit
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und haben idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Navision und/oder DATEV
- Sie besitzen gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
