- Sie führen ganzheitliche optometrische Untersuchungen durch, einschließlich hochpräziser Refraktionen, Wellenfrontmessungen (ZEISS i.Profiler) und Hornhautanalysen
- Sie übernehmen erweiterte Vorsorge & Screening, indem Sie Netzhautscreenings, Gesichtsfeldmessungen (Perimetrie) sowie Tränenfilmanalysen bei trockenem Auge durchführen
- Sie passen Spezial- & Kontaktlinsen an, einschließlich multifokaler Kontaktlinsen, formstabiler Systeme und individueller Spezialsehhilfen
- Sie beraten anspruchsvolle Kund:innen zu High-End-Brillengläsern (ZEISS ClearMind, DriveSafe, Officelens) sowie exklusiven Designer-Kollektionen (z. B. Andy Wolf, Silhouette, WOOW, Tom Ford)
- Sie dokumentieren professionell die Messergebnisse und tauschen sich kollegial mit Augenärztinnen und -ärzten aus

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Optometrie (B.Sc. / M.Sc.), sind Augenoptikergeselle- oder meister:in mit optometrischer Zusatzausbildung oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
- Sie haben Begeisterung für Technologie und Freude am Umgang mit modernsten Analyse- und Zentriergeräten (ZEISS CubeOne, ZEISS VISUFIT 1000)
- Sie sind kundenorientiert und empathisch, beraten verständlich, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe
- Sie haben einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch, arbeiten strukturiert und präzise und haben Interesse an stetiger Weiterbildung (z. B. im Bereich Low Vision)
- Als teamorientierte und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit bringen Sie sich gerne ins Team ein und verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
