Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Disposition und Tourenplanung für die Auslieferung von Holzbrennstoffen, sowohl mit Eigen- als auch mit Fremdflotte
- Du koordinierst Fahrer:innen, Speditionen und Liefertermine, inklusive kurzfristiger Umplanungen
- Du steuerst Aufträge von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferbestätigung und stimmst Termine mit Kund:innen ab
- Du planst Kapazitäten und Ressourcen, einschließlich Fahrzeuge, Fahrer:innen, Zeitfenster und Auslastung
- Du managst Schnittstellen mit Vertrieb, Lager/Produktion, Einkauf und Kundenservice
- Du überwachst die Lieferqualität hinsichtlich Termintreue, Reklamationen und Nachlieferungen und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit klarem Bezug, zu deinem Aufgabengebiet, zum Beispiel in Spedition/Logistik oder Groß- und Außenhandel, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Disposition bzw. Logistik mit
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahung Umfeld von Baustoffen, Agrar, Brennstoffen, Schüttgut oder Holz/Pellets gesammelt
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Tourenplanung, Priorisierung und Zeitfenstern, auch unter Termindruck
- Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office, und Erfahrung mit ERP/TMS ist von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
