Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern den Ausschreibungsprozess für technische Baumaßnahmen, von der Auswertung der Angebote bis zur finalen Beauftragung von Handwerkern und Dienstleistern.
- Gemeinsam mit der IT-Abteilung entwickeln Sie die digitale Erfassung von Zählerständen sowie Wartungsdaten weiter und gestalten so unsere Prozesse effizienter.
- Sie sind eine wichtige Stütze bei der Beantragung von Fördermitteln, indem Sie alle relevanten technischen und kaufmännischen Unterlagen sorgfältig zusammenstellen.
- Sie verantworten eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation und sichern durch die Pflege technischer Stammdaten eine hohe Datenqualität.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinieren Sie die Kommunikation zwischen Projektleitern, externen Handwerkern sowie Fördermittelgebern und sichern einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder im Büromanagement.
- Sie bringen bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus dem technischen oder immobilienwirtschaftlichen Umfeld mit.
- Mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis und ausgeprägten Organisationstalent unterstützen Sie unsere Projektleiter souverän und behalten stets den Überblick.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeiten Sie gerne mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern wie Handwerkern und Fördermittelgebern zusammen und überzeugen durch Ihre dienstleistungsorientierte Art.
- Ihre sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
