Aufgabenbereich:
- Technische Produktverantwortung für bestehende Produkte und Baureihen
- Steuerung von Produktänderungen, Produktpflege und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Analyse und Lösung von Qualitäts-, Fertigungs- und Lieferantenthemen
- Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern
- Bewertung von Lifecycle-Themen, Kostenoptimierungen und Abkündigungen
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Product Care/Lifecycle-Teams

Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Erfahrung im technischen Produktumfeld, idealerweise in Serienfertigung, Produktpflege oder Änderungsmanagement
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Führungserfahrung bzw. Fähigkeit zur Führung eines technischen Teams
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; CAD-, ERP- oder DMS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
