- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Roadmap, Priorisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
- Du führst Nutzer-Interviews durch, wertest Daten aus und beobachtest laufend das Wettbewerbsumfeld zur Identifikation neuer Feature-Opportunities und Validierung von Hypothesen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Engineering-Team zusammen—von der Anforderungsdefinition über das Schreiben von User Stories bis hin zum Launch
- Du bist die direkte Schnittstelle zu Customer Care, um Kundenfeedback und Support-Pain-Points in konkrete Produktentscheidungen zu übersetzen
- Du bindest den AI App & Sitebuilder nahtlos in das unternehmensinterne Ökosystem (Momentum Suite) ein, inklusive Optimierung des Produktzusammenspiels und der End-to-End Customer Journey
- Du definierst und trackst Produkt-KPIs (Aktivierung, Churn, Nutzung, Conversion) und übernimmst die Verantwortung für den NPS und die allgemeine Kundenzufriedenheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für digitale SaaS-, Web- oder App-Produkte, davon ein substanzieller Teil in der KI-getriebenen Produktentwicklung
- Du besitzt Hands-on-AI-Kompetenz: Du arbeitest direkt mit LLMs und Agenten-Workflows und verstehst Token-Ökonomie als zentralen Produktparameter, nicht nur als Buzzword
- Du hast Erfahrung mit AI-Buildern: Du nutzt selbst Vibe-Coding-Tools und besitzt ein tiefes, praktisches Verständnis dafür, wo diese Tools glänzen, wo sie an Grenzen stoßen und was das für unsere Roadmap bedeutet
- Du hast ein modernes Produkt-Mindset: Du weißt, dass KI-Produkte anders spezifiziert, getestet und gemessen werden als klassische Software, und hast klare Vorstellungen davon, welche Guardrails in den Delivery-Prozess gehören
- Du besitzt analytische Schärfe und einen sicheren Umgang mit kommerziellen und Produkt-KPIs; Du triffst evidenzbasierte Entscheidungen statt dich auf dein Bauchgefühl zu verlassen
- Du hast eine Delivery & Hands-on-Mentalität: Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering in agilen Umgebungen (Scrum/Kanban, Jira) sowie die Eigenschaft, strategische Visionen mit pragmatischer Umsetzung zu verbinden
