Überwiegende Tätigkeit auf unseren bundesweiten Baustellen zur Montage von Betonfertigteilen, dazu regelmäßige am Hauptsitz.
Für unser Team in der Montagekolonne suchen wir aktuell einen Polier.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner auf der Baustelle organisieren und koordinieren Sie alle Arbeitsabläufe in enger Abstimmung mit der Bau- und Projektleitung.
- Sie führen Ihr Baustellenteam fachlich, planen den täglichen Personaleinsatz und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Sie verantworten die Koordination der Nachunternehmer sowie die rechtzeitige Bereitstellung von Material, Geräten und Lieferungen.
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards gemäß Ausführungsplanung, VOB und DIN-Normen und sichern so die Hochwertigkeit der Bauausführung.
- Die Kontrolle der Termintreue in allen Bauphasen sowie die konsequente Durchsetzung der Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise im Bauhauptgewerbe plus Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier, Werkpolier oder Meister oder durch eine umfangreiche Berufserfahrung erworbene, gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufspraxis in vergleichbarer, auch leitender Position, vorzugsweise bei Baumaßnahmen im Hochbau und Fassadenkonstruktionen
- Sie besitzen fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Hochbau sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Bauzeichnungen und Ausführungsplänen
- Sie kennen die relevanten Vorschriften, beispielsweise VOB, DIN-Normen und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
- Sie haben EDV-Basiskenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
