Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die ganzheitliche Leitung internationaler Projekte im Sondermaschinenbau – von der Auftragsklärung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme beim Kunden.
- Dabei steuern Sie Termine, Kosten sowie Qualität und koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams aus Konstruktion, Fertigung und Montage sowie externe Lieferanten.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere internationalen Kunden klären Sie technische Spezifikationen und stellen eine reibungslose Kommunikation über den gesamten Projektverlauf sicher.
- Sie planen und leiten entscheidende Projektphasen, führen Werks- (FAT) und Baustellenabnahmen (SAT) im In- und Ausland durch und erstellen regelmäßige Fortschrittsberichte für die Leitungsebene.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Service-Team begleiten Sie die Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe der Anlagen und bringen Ihre Erfahrungen aktiv in die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Projektmanagement-Prozesse ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau), eine Ausbildung als Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Sondermaschinenbau mit.
- Sie haben nachweislich Erfahrung in der Leitung internationaler Projekte, idealerweise inklusive der Abwicklung von Inbetriebnahmen im Ausland.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, wobei Ihnen Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement helfen – eine Zertifizierung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit überzeugen Sie mit Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und einer klaren Kundenorientierung.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
