HR-Generalist (m/w/d) - mit Fokus auf PE-Koordination & HR-Systeme
Was erwartet Sie?
- Betreuung der internen Personalentwicklungsangebote, insbesondere der ARTUS Academy
- Koordination der Berufsausbildung gemeinsam mit den Ausbildungsverantwortlichen der ARTUS GRUPPE
- Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Führungskräftetrainings sowie weiteren internen und externen Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
- Pflege und Betreuung der Personalsoftware sowie der HR-Seiten im Intranet
- Unterstützung der Tochterunternehmen bei system- und personalrelevanten Fragestellungen – als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die HR-KollegInnen und auch für die Ausbildungsverantwortlichen und Ausbilder
- Planung und Durchführung interner HR-Events
- Kommunikation personalrelevanter Themen über die internen Medien der ARTUS GRUPPE
- Erstellung, Gestaltung und Verwaltung der entsprechenden Materialien und Vorlagen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder
- über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Personalfachwirt (m/w/d))
- Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, Ausbildungsbetreuung oder HR-Administration
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und HR-Systemen (z.B. rexx); Kenntnisse in SharePoint oder vergleichbaren Plattformen von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation – intern wie extern sowie Freude an gestalterischen Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Standorten und Ansprechpartnern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
