Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten ein Team mit rund 15 bis 20 Mitarbeiter:innen, für das Sie personelle Ergänzungen auswählen sowie integrieren.
- Sie sichern eine fristgerechte Auftragsabwicklung, überwachen die Erstmusterfertigung, bearbeiten SAP-Anfragen und begleiten Änderungsprozesse verlässlich.
- Sie stehen in vertrauensvollem Austausch mit Kolleg:innen in der Fertigungssteuerung und im Industrial Engineering. Dabei bringen Sie Ideen beim täglichen Teamleiter-Shopfloor ein, um insbesondere den THT-Shopfloor effizient zu steuern.
- Sie bringen mittels Lean-Methoden den Materialfluss auf ein höheres Niveau und managen die Prozessoptimierung inklusive Prozesstracking bei Wellenlöt- und Selektivanlagen.
- Sie organisieren zyklische Unterweisungen und moderieren jährliche Mitarbeitergespräche, wodurch Sie Ihr gesamtes Team zum Erfolg leiten und die Entwicklung aller überblicken.
- Sie sorgen für reibungslose Prozesse bei Wartungen oder dem Beheben technischer Probleme
- Sie koordinieren die Sauberkeit und Übersichtlichkeit gemäß der 5S-Methode souverän.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. zum/zur Elektroniker:in für Geräte und Systeme oder Mechatroniker:in, gerne eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker:in oder Industriemeister:in Elektrotechnik.
- Sie konnten bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln und verstehen es, ein Team von bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden zu motivieren und zu koordinieren.
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der THT-Fertigung sowie im Wellen- und Selektivlöten mit.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung mit LEAN-Methoden gesammelt, um Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behalten auch bei technischen Herausforderungen den Überblick.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit anderen Abteilungen kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
