Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen aus dem Garten- und Tiefbau telefonisch sowie persönlich und erstellen eigenverantwortlich Angebote inklusive Preiskalkulation und Verhandlung.
- Sie erstellen souverän Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Werksbestellungen und stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Sie betreuen Ihre Aufträge von der Anfrage bis zum Abschluss, kümmern sich um die nachhaltige Projektverfolgung und sind Ansprechpartner:in bei Reklamationen.
- Als Teil des Teams unterstützen Sie aktiv im Profifachmarkt und sorgen für ein optimales Einkaufserlebnis für unsere Kundschaft.
- Sie packen mit an, indem Sie die Warenannahme koordinieren und die Verkaufsregale mit unserem Baustoff-Sortiment bestücken.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ihre Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder handwerklichen Bereich.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb mit, am besten mit Bezug zur Baubranche.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen und haben idealerweise bereits mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet.
- Als Kommunikationstalent überzeugen Sie im Kundengespräch, arbeiten gerne im Team und zeigen eine hohe Lernbereitschaft für unsere Sortimente.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
