Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Buchhaltung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle ausgewählter Gesellschaften im Unternehmensverbund
- Sie erstellen selbstständig Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB für die verantworteten Gesellschaften
- Sie stimmen die Schnittstellen aus den Vorsystemen sowie der Nebenbücher ab
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Restaurantleitungen und Residenzdirektor:innen sowie für weitere Fachbereiche in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
- Sie bereiten den Zahlungsverkehr vor und wickeln ihn ab
- Sie wirken aktiv an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Rechnungswesen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Banking & Finance, Finanzmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsstandards nach HGB
- Sie haben Erfahrungen im Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Tools
- Sie haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Freude am Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und IT-Systemen (z. B. Kassensysteme, Lucanet, etc.) und verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine gültige Arbeits-/ Aufenthaltserlaubnis bei Nicht-EU-Bürger:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
