Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie richten CNC-Maschinen eigenständig ein, indem Sie Spannvorrichtungen und Werkzeuge gemäß Einrichtplan für unser komplexes Teileportfolio umrüsten.
- Sie verantworten das Einfahren, die Korrektur und die laufende Optimierung von CNC-Programmen direkt an der Siemens 840D Steuerung.
- Sie fertigen Präzisionsteile in Einzel- oder Serienfertigung und stellen durch sorgfältige Dokumentation und Qualitätskontrollen die Einhaltung unserer Standards sicher.
- Sie gewährleisten die Betriebsbereitschaft der Anlagen durch regelmäßige Wartung sowie kleinere Reparaturen und tragen aktiv zur Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metall, z. B. als Feinwerkmechaniker:in, Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder Industriemechaniker:in.
- Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Einrichten und Rüsten von CNC-Maschinen mit.
- Sie sind vertraut im Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen, idealerweise mit Siemens.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus.
- Als flexibler und hilfsbereiter Teamplayer behalten Sie auch bei einem komplexen Teileportfolio den Überblick.
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
