Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie disponieren und steuern eigenverantwortlich unsere Container-Transporte im nationalen Güterverkehr, primär per LKW und Bahn
- Sie planen den effizienten Einsatz des Fuhrparks und koordinieren externe Transportdienstleister, um eine lückenlose Lieferkette sicherzustellen
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson kommunizieren Sie proaktiv mit unseren Kund:innen, Fahrer:innen sowie internen Abteilungen wie dem Vertrieb und der Abrechnung
- Sie überwachen aktiv die laufenden Transporte, erkennen frühzeitig Abweichungen und leiten eigenständig Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Sicherung der Termintreue ein
- Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrung ein, um bestehende Dispositionsprozesse zu analysieren und tragen aktiv zur Optimierung und Planung der Touren und Auslastung bei

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung
- Sie haben mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Container-Transporten per LKW und Bahn; Erfahrungen im Bereich Seitenlader- und Ladekran-Zustellung sind ein Plus
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
