- Du übernimmst die telefonische Kaltakquise und begeisterst potenzielle Neukunden aus dem Medizinbereich (Ärzte & Apotheken) für unsere Produkte.
- Du versorgst Interessenten mit passgenauen Informationen und begleitest sie souverän durch den Entscheidungsprozess bis zur Terminklärung.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner im Innendienst qualifizierst Du die gewonnenen Kontakte und bereitest die reibungslose Übergabe an die Geschäftsführung und den Außendienst vor.
- Du dokumentierst Deine Vertriebsaktivitäten sorgfältig und stellst so eine lückenlose Kontakthistorie und eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb mit, idealerweise im B2B- oder Tele-Sales-Umfeld.
- Erfahrung im medizinischen Sektor (Apotheken, Ärzte) ist ein klares Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Am Telefon überzeugst du mit deiner freundlichen Art und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist zielorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und gut strukturiert, sodass du stets den Überblick behältst.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
