- Du unterstützt und vertrittst die Personalleitung in operativen und strategischen Personalthemen
- Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalstrategie und HR-Prozesse mit
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Personalbedarfsplanung über die Bewerberauswahl bis zum erfolgreichen Onboarding
- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte in allen Fragen der Personalgewinnung
- Du entwickelst und setzt moderne Recruiting-Strategien zur Gewinnung qualifizierter Fach- und Führungskräfte um
- Du baust unsere Arbeitgebermarke aus und entwickelst zielgruppengerechte Recruiting- und Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen
- Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und Nachfolgeplanung und analysierst relevante HR-Kennzahlen, um geeignete Maßnahmen abzuleiten
- Du arbeitest an Digitalisierungs- und Organisationsprojekten mit und stellst eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpersonen sowie externen Dienstleistern sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen mit Schwerpunkt Recruiting und idealerweise erster Führungserfahrung
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in modernen HR-Prozessen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du hast eine hohe Organisationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit HR-Software und digitalen Recruiting-Plattformen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
