Was erwartet dich?
- Du sicherst die Qualität unserer Folienprodukte, indem du eigenständig chemisch-physikalische Analysen (z.B. Zugfestigkeit, Schmelzpunkt) durchführst.
- Du verantwortest die Wareneingangsprüfungen, führst Rezepturversuche durch und erstellst detaillierte Versuchsprotokolle, um unsere hohen Standards zu gewährleisten.
- Deine Messergebnisse und Prüfberichte pflegst du sorgfältig in unser SAP-System ein und erstellst mit MS Office aussagekräftige statistische Auswertungen.
- Basierend auf deinen Analysen leitest du konkrete Optimierungspotenziale ab und stimmst dich dazu eng mit der Produktion und der Qualitätssicherung ab.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards nach ISO-Normen (z.B. 9001, FSSC 22000) und koordinierst bei Bedarf die Wartung der Laborgeräte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Chemielaborant:in oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich, und bringst erste Berufserfahrung mit.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise bereits mit SAP gearbeitet.
- Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich der chemisch-physikalischen Analytik sind ein klares Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (Wort und Schrift); gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
