Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den strategischen und operativen Einkauf von technischen Komponenten, Baugruppen und Dienstleistungen für unsere Produktion.
- Sie identifizieren, bewerten und entwickeln nationale sowie internationale Lieferanten und bauen so ein leistungsfähiges Partnernetzwerk auf.
- Sie führen eigenständig Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen und sichern dadurch die besten Konditionen für unser Unternehmen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Konstruktion, Produktion und Logistik stellen Sie die termingerechte Materialverfügbarkeit sicher.
- Sie pflegen alle einkaufsrelevanten Stammdaten und Prozesse in unserem ERP-System (Sage) und gewährleisten eine saubere Datenbasis.
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich die Beschaffungskosten und leiten daraus Maßnahmen zur Optimierung unserer Einkaufsprozesse ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf eines Industrieunternehmens mit – eine Weiterbildung im Einkauf ist ein Plus.
- Im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Sage) und MS Office sind Sie versiert.
- Sie überzeugen mit technischem Verständnis, Verhandlungsgeschick und bringen Erfahrung in internationalen Beschaffungsprozessen sowie im Bereich Import/Export mit.
- Ihre Kommunikationsstärke zeigen Sie sowohl auf Deutsch (fließend) als auch auf Englisch (gut in Wort und Schrift).
- Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
