Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere B2B-Kunden aus Handwerk und Industrie und erstellst passgenaue Angebote sowie Aufträge in unserem ERP-System.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden kompetent am Telefon sowie per E-Mail und entwickelst eigenständig technische Lösungen für spezifische Einbausituationen unserer Metallprodukte.
- Du betreust aktiv deinen eigenen Kundenstamm, von Fachunternehmen bis zu Handwerksbetrieben, und baust so langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen auf.
- Du verhandelst eigenständig Preise und Konditionen mit Kunden sowie Lieferanten
- Du überwachst den gesamten Auftragsprozess von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung und stellst so eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich.
- Du bringst erste Vertriebserfahrung mit, idealerweise aus der Metall- oder Baustoffbranche, und hast eine Leidenschaft für technische Produkte.
- Mit deiner strukturierten und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei komplexen Anfragen den Überblick und kommunizierst klar mit Kunden und Kollegen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und hast bereits mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
