Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Kalkulation von anspruchsvollen Projekten im Industriebau mit unserer Software pds – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Nachtragskalkulation.
- Du bringst deine IT-Affinität ein, um unsere digitalen Kalkulationsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson klärst du technische Details und kaufmännische Fragen in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden, Nachunternehmern und der Bauleitung.
- Du erarbeitest aussagekräftige Angebotsunterlagen und wirkst bei der Erstellung von detaillierten Bauzeitenplänen mit, um die Projektgrundlagen zu schaffen.
- Du nimmst an Vergabegesprächen teil, unterstützt bei Trassenbegehungen vor Ort und bringst dort deine Fachexpertise gezielt ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du überzeugst uns mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit und erste Kenntnisse in einer Bauleitungsfunktion sind vorteilhaft
- Du würdest Dich selbst als IT-affin beschreiben und hast Spaß daran, digitale Prozesse der Kalkulation voranzutreiben
- Du besitzt bereits erste Erfahrung mit Kalkulationssoftware - Wir nutzen pds, idealerweise kennst Du das bereits
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
