Die Position richtet sich an erfahrene Ingenieure, die ihr technisches Know-how in einer verantwortungsvollen Bauherrenfunktion einbringen möchten. Dabei koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit aller beteiligten Fachplaner, Sonderingenieure und ausführenden Unternehmen und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte bei.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du nimmst die Bauherrenfunktion für alle Belange der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) wahr
- Du steuerst ganzheitlich Neu-, Umbau- und Erweiterungsprojekte über alle Projektphasen hinweg
- Du stellst die Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele sicher
- Du koordinierst und steuerst Fachplaner:innen, Sonderingenieur:innen und ausführende Unternehmen
- Du prüfst und bewertest Planungen, technische Konzepte sowie Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeunterlagen
- Du begleitest fachlich Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozesse und wirkst bei technischen Entscheidungen mit

Das bringst du mit
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Energie- und Gebäudesystemtechnik, Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung oder Realisierung von TGA-Projekten mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der HOAI, VOB sowie relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und technischer Regelwerke
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fachplanungsbüros, Sonderingenieur:innen und ausführenden Unternehmen und arbeitest interdisziplinär zusammen
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Routine im Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsmanagement
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
