Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Durchführung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen für unsere mittelständischen Mandanten
- Sie führen Ihr Prüfungsteam fachlich und disziplinarisch und stellen die hohe Qualität bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen sicher
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie Mandanten ganzheitlich in komplexen betriebswirtschaftlichen sowie steuerrechtlichen Gestaltungsfragen
- Sie erstellen fundierte Gutachten zu anspruchsvollen Sachthemen und unterstützen die Geschäftsführung unserer Mandanten bei strategischen Entscheidungen
- Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prüfungsmethoden und Qualitätsstandards aktiv voran, um die Kanzlei zukunftsfähig aufzustellen
- Sie engagieren sich in der Aus- und Weiterbildung jüngerer Kolleginnen und Kollegen und geben Ihr Expertenwissen als Mentor weiter

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihr Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften sowie das Wirtschaftsprüfer- und Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prüfung mittelständischer Unternehmen sowie in der steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Gestaltungsberatung mit
- Mit Ihrer Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke leiten Sie gerne Teams an und agieren als kompetente Ansprechperson für Mandant:innen
- Sie haben die Ambition und das unternehmerische Denken, um eine Partnerstellung in unseren Gesellschaften zu übernehmen
- Sie besitzen Teamgeist sowie Kundenorientierung und sind reisebereit
- Für den Austausch mit Mandant:innen und im Team kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
