Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust die Projektausführung und ausgelagerten Produktionsstandorte im HSE-Team
- Du koordinierst HSE zwischen externen Standorten und dem HSE-Headoffice
- Du führst Maschinenfreigaben und Sicherheitsbegehungen durch
- Du stellst HSE in der Projektplanung und Projektausführung sicher
- Du erkennst Risiken und zeigst Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsrisiken auf
- Du arbeitest Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzpläne aus und berätst bei der Planung der Baustelleneinrichtung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Techniker:in/Meister:in oder Ingenieur:in
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß § 7 ASiG
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Baukontrolle, insbesondere HSE, und in der Durchführung und Moderation von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Du bist qualifiziert als Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator:in (SiGeKo) oder hast Kenntnisse zur Auswahl und Koordination von SiGeKos
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Kundenprojekten im Bereich Maschinen-/Anlagenbau sowie Service und bist vertraut mit relevanten Vorschriften im Bauwesen (z.B. RAB, VOB, BaustellV)
- Du kennst das SCC-Verfahren für operative Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende und verfügst über organisatorische und kommunikative Stärke
- Für deine neue Position bringst du zudem eine Reisebereitschaft mit (ca 50-75%), um unsere Projekte direkt vor Ort zu unterstützen und mitzugestalten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
