Was erwartet dich?
- Du erfasst, zählst und kontrollierst eigenständig die Spielhallen- sowie Getränkeerlöse
- Du erstellst und meldest fristgerecht die Vergnügungssteuer an Städte und Gemeinden und pflegst die jeweils geltenden Satzungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Finanzbuchhaltung und pflegst, wertest aus und aktualisierst regelmäßig relevante Statistiken und Übersichtslisten
- Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sicher und überprüfst sowie dokumentierst diese laufend
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kassierung, Technik, Werkstatt, Buchhaltung und den Spielhallenstandorten zusammen
- Du stimmst dich mit der Abteilungsleitung zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen ab und setzt diese im Verantwortungsbereich um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt, Steuerfachwirt oder vergleichbar, oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du gehst sehr gut mit Geld um und hast ein entsprechendes Zahlenverständnis
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und trittst souverän auf
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Empathie sowie ein hohes Maß an Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Du arbeitest systematisch, analytisch und lösungsorientiert, verbunden mit einem guten Selbst- und Zeitmanagement
