Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) und ESG Due Diligence (ESGDD) Assessments für Immobilien- und Industriestandorte durch und leitest diese
- Du führst Standortbegehungen durch und bewertest umweltrelevante Risiken sowie regulatorische Anforderungen
- Du begleitest, koordinierst und bewertest fachlich Phase-2-Altlastenuntersuchungen (Phase II ESA) und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du bewertest technische, umweltrechtliche und wirtschaftliche Umwelthaftungs- und Umweltkostenrisiken von Gebäuden, Grundstücken und Anlagen
- Du steuerst anspruchsvolle Projekte inklusive Planung, Koordination, Qualitätssicherung und Kundenmanagement
- Du unterstützt fachlich und entwickelst das Team weiter, indem du eine richtungsgebende Rolle innerhalb des Bereichs Environmental Due Diligence übernimmst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Bewertung von Umwelt-, ESG- und regulatorischen Risiken im Kontext von Immobilien-, Industrie- und M&A-Projekten sowie in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung anspruchsvoller Projekte
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, ein Gespür für Marktchancen und Erfahrung im Aufbau sowie der Pflege von Kunden- und Branchennetzwerken
- Du besitzt hohe Beratungskompetenz, trittst sicher auf und agierst als vertrauensvoller Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe mit Kund:innen, Investor:innen und weiteren Stakeholdern
- Du bist motiviert, fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Wissen weiterzugeben und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams aktiv mitzugestalten
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, bist reisebereit und arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
