Was erwartet dich?
- Teamführung & Koordination: Du führst und planst dein Entwicklungsteam, übernimmst die Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung und förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden.
- Verantwortung von A bis Z: Du stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität sicher und steuerst die Schnittstellen zwischen Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung.
- Angebots- & Konzeptphase: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Konzepten, Führst Machbarkeitsprüfungen sowie Simulationen durch und kalkulierst Herstell- und Einmalkosten.
- Geräte- & Anlagenentwicklung: Du dimensionierst Komponenten, erstellst Schaltpläne, Layouts sowie Schnittstellenspezifikationen, achtest auf EMV-gerechtes Design und baust Prototypen auf.
- Test, Freigabe & Doku: Du führst Typ-Tests und Reviews durch, erstellst Fertigungsunterlagen sowie Prüfanweisungen und pflegst Daten in Keytech und SAP ein.
- Inbetriebnahme & Support: Du nimmst Erstgeräte (auch beim Kunden) in Betrieb, analysierst Störungen und unterstützt das Prüffeld sowie den Service.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ausbildung: Eine technische Ausbildung mit zweijähriger Fachweiterbildung (z. B. Techniker:in) oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium (Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik o. Ä.).
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung sowie tiefe Fachkenntnisse in mindestens zwei der Bereiche: Leistungselektronik, Mikroprozessortechnik/Antriebe, Schaltschrankbau oder Lichttechnik.
- Branchen-Know-how: Erfahrung im Anwendungsbereich E-Mobility oder Bahntechnik.
- Tools & Software: Routinierter Umgang mit mindestens einem CAD-Tool, einem Konfigurationsmanagement-Tool (z. B. Keytech) sowie gute MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse.
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau & ausreichende Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
