- Du installierst, konfigurierst und administrierst IT-Systeme, vor allem in der Microsoft-Domäne (AD, M365)
- Du unterstützt und betreust Anwender:innen bei täglichen Herausforderungen, insbesondere bei Clients und Serveranwendungen (interne und externe Cloud Services)
- Du entwickelst den Bereich gemeinsam im Team weiter, unter Berücksichtigung neuer Trends in M365 und Security-Anforderungen
- Du betreust das Netzwerk und stellst den IT-Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur sowie unserer Services gemeinsam mit dem Team sicher (Tools z.B. Trend Micro, Patch und Assetmanagement)
- Du analysierst und behebst Fehler von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von neuen Projekten mit dem Fokus auf Informationssicherheit und dokumentierst Systemkonfigurationen und Änderungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, ein relevantes Studium oder bist ein:e talentierte:r Quereinsteiger:in mit passender Berufserfahrung.
- Du kennst dich sehr gut in der Administration von Microsoft 365-Diensten sowie mit Windows 11 und Windows Server (2016/2019) aus.
- Du bringst Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik sowie Informationssicherheit mit und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Serveranwendungen wie Endpoint Central oder Trend Micro.
- Mit deiner analytischen und lösungsorientierten Art findest du dich schnell in komplexe Sachverhalte ein und arbeitest gerne eigenständig sowie im Team.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch und bringst idealerweise erste Linux-Kenntnisse mit oder bist motiviert, diese zu lernen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
