- Als HAUSTECHNIKER (M/W/D) sorgst du dafür, dass an dem Ort, an dem wir gemeinsam arbeiten, immer alles einwandfrei läuft.
- Dein Aufgabenspektrum umfasst die regelmäßige Kontrolle, Überwachung, Bedienung und Funktionalitätsprüfung der technischen Einrichtungen.
- Du übernimmst die Störungsannahme und –beseitigung, damit alles reibungslos läuft.
- Dazu kommen Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten, die du selbstständig durchführst und dokumentierst.
- Im Kontakt mit Fremddienstleistern (z.B. für Wartungs- oder Instandsetzungsarbeiten) bist du für die Begleitung und Kontrolle zuständig.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Bereich (vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrik) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung absolviert.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik mit.
- Du bleibst flexibel, verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben.
- Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und setzt auf Teamwork.
- Da Mobilität für deine Rolle wichtig ist, verfügst du über eine Fahrerlaubnis (Führerscheinklasse B).
