Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Leitung Forschung & Entwicklung bei der fachlichen und organisatorischen Steuerung des Bereichs sowie Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung im Vertretungsfall
- Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Entwicklungsprojekten inklusive Priorisierung von Aufgaben, Terminmanagement und Ressourcensteuerung
- Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung innovativer Rezepturen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Begleitung des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses von der Rohstoffauswahl über Stabilitäts- und Kompatibilitätstests bis hin zur Produktionsreife und Markteinführung
- Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des LIMS-Systems sowie die Optimierung digitaler Entwicklungs- und Laborprozesse einschließlich Schulungen der Anwender
- Sicherstellung einer GMP-konformen Dokumentation, Erstellung und Pflege von SOPs sowie Unterstützung bei Audits und der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, z. B. Chemie, Pharmazie, Kosmetikwissenschaften, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Forschung & Entwicklung bzw. Produktentwicklung, idealerweise in der Kosmetik-, Pharma- oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittelbranche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rezepturentwicklung, Rohstoffbewertung sowie in der Durchführung und Auswertung von Stabilitäts- und Kompatibilitätsprüfungen
- Gute Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination von Projekten
- Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Laborinformationssystemen (LIMS) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
