Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen, berätst sie telefonisch zu Produkten wie Fenstern oder Türen und findest für jede Anfrage die passende Lösung.
- Von der Angebotserstellung bis zur finalen Abwicklung in unseren EDV-Systemen: Du managst den gesamten Auftragsprozess und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Du koordinierst Liefertermine in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Lieferanten und überwachst den Wareneingang, um die pünktliche Verfügbarkeit sicherzustellen.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle unterstützt du aktiv den Außendienst, indem du Termine vorbereitest und eng mit Abteilungen wie der Logistik zusammenarbeitest.
- Durch die aktive Pflege der Beziehungen zu unseren Bestandskund:innen trägst du mit deinem Service maßgeblich zur langfristigen Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder bringst erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Innendienst mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Programmen (z. B. MS Office) und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Systeme ein.
- Idealerweise hast du ein technisches Grundverständnis für Produkte wie Fenster oder Türen – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Mit deiner kommunikativen und serviceorientierten Art fällt es dir leicht, Kund:innen am Telefon zu beraten und zu betreuen.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
