Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen von der Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in Workshops bis zur Konzeption passgenauer Digitalisierungslösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Sie konzipieren und realisieren maßgeschneiderte Anwendungen mit Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (u.a. Sales, Customer Service) und der Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) unter Einsatz von Low-Code-Technologien.
- Sie gestalten ganzheitliche End-to-End-Customer-Journeys und entwickeln integrierte Customer Experiences über verschiedene Module des Microsoft-Technologie-Stacks hinweg.
- Sie begleiten den gesamten Projektzyklus von der Planung über die Umsetzung und das Testing bis zum Go-Live in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam und den Kund:innen.
- Gemeinsam im Team stellen Sie den stabilen Betrieb sicher und unterstützen bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Dynamics-365-Umgebungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung, Implementierung oder im Customizing von Microsoft Dynamics 365 mit, idealerweise im Bereich Customer Engagement (z. B. Sales, Customer Service).
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit der Microsoft Power Platform (v. a. Power Apps, Power Automate) und ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis – Kenntnisse in .NET, C# oder JavaScript sind ein Plus.
- Es fällt Ihnen leicht, Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und diese in passende technische Lösungskonzepte zu übersetzen.
- Sie kombinieren eine analytische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Teamgeist und einem professionellen, beratungsorientierten Auftreten gegenüber Kunden.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und Englisch in internationalen Projektteams.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
