Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und kalkulierst Angebote für unsere IT-Lösungen und pflegst alle kaufmännischen Projektdaten in SAP Business One.
- Du übernimmst die Beschaffung von Hard- und Software, agierst als Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten und unterstützt unser Technik-Team bei der Auftragsumsetzung.
- Du verantwortest die termingerechte Abrechnung von Aufträgen sowie wiederkehrenden Vertragsleistungen.
- Mithilfe von SAP Business One steuerst Du die gesamte Warenwirtschaft – vom Wareneingang über die Bestandskontrolle bis zum Warenausgang.
- Als kaufmännischer Ansprechpartner betreust Du unsere Bestandskunden, bearbeitest ihre Anfragen und stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit starker IT-Affinität.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld mit, idealerweise aus einem IT-Systemhaus oder einer vergleichbaren Branche.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP Business One sind ein großes Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, und du behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Du interessierst dich für die IT-Welt und bist motiviert, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
