Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst den 1st & 2nd Level Support von Standard- & Cloud Kund:innen, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
- Du führst Migrationen von On-Premise-Lösungen in unsere firmeneigene Cloud durch, wie z.B. Hosted Exchange Server, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop und VoIPUser
- Du optimierst und entwickelst die IT- und Cloud-Infrastruktur weiter
- Du wartest und pflegst Cloud- und On-Premise-Lösungen
- Du baust neue private und public Cloud Services auf und überwachst, analysierst sowie wertest das Monitoring aus
- Du migrierst Kund:innen auf unsere Cloud-Telefonanlage (Hosted PBX)
- Du betreust Kunden im Microsoft 365 Umfeld

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder überzeugst uns als Quereinsteiger:in mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, im Microsoft-Client-Umfeld sowie in der Netzwerkadministration (LAN/WLAN/VLAN) mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (z.B. Citrix), Backup-Lösungen (z.B. Acronis) oder VoIP-Systemen – falls nicht, lernst du es bei uns.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer arbeitest du selbstständig, strukturiert und hast Lust, dich proaktiv in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und etwas zu bewegen.
- Für die Kommunikation im Team und mit internationalen Partnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch.

Dabei geht es uns nicht darum, dich mit theoretischen Prüfungsfragen unter Druck zu setzen. Wir möchten vielmehr herausfinden, wie du an typische Situationen aus dem Arbeitsalltag eines IT-Systemadministrators herangehst und gleichzeitig dir die Möglichkeit geben, uns und unsere Arbeitsweise kennenzulernen.
Das erwartet dich:

- Austausch über deinen bisherigen beruflichen Werdegang und deine Erfahrungen
- Praxisnahe Aufgaben und typische IT-Szenarien aus unserem Arbeitsalltag

Das Assessment ist deshalb keine klassische Prüfung, sondern ein gegenseitiges Kennenlernen mit einem starken Praxisbezug.
Unser Ziel: Am Ende des Termins sollen beide Seiten ein gutes Gefühl dafür haben, ob wir fachlich und menschlich zueinander passen.

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
