Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung (Disposition) für die deutschen und Schweizer Gesellschaften
- Du entwickelst und optimierst Cash-Management- und Liquiditätsprozesse weiter und arbeitest an Treasury-Projekten mit, wie zum Beispiel im Rahmen der BC-Integration
- Du wickelst den nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr ab, inklusive Rechnungsprüfung, Zahlungszuordnung, Zahllaufplanung sowie Erstellung und Prüfung von Zahlungsvorschlägen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) nach dem Vier-Augen-Prinzip
- Du prüfst Zahlungsempfänger im Rahmen der Verification of Payee (VOP) und wickelst Devisengeschäfte ab, wie den Kauf und Verkauf von Fremdwährungen
- Du erstellst Liquiditätsreports sowie Auswertungen zu Zahlungsströmen, Kontoständen und Planabweichungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partner:innen, wie Banken, zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), eine buchhalterische Ausbildung, ein Studium mit Finance-Bezug oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Cash Management, Liquiditätsplanung und Zahlungsverkehr mit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung, idealerweise im Treasury- oder Finance-Umfeld, und gute Kenntnisse im Inland- und Auslandszahlungsverkehr, insbesondere für Deutschland, Schweiz und Zahlungen in USD
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) und in der Erstellung von Liquiditätsreports
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel zur Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports, und arbeitest selbstständig sowie systematisch
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis sowie Schufa-Auskunft
