- Als treibende Kraft bauen Sie das Produktionscontrolling auf und schaffen so maximale Transparenz für unsere Fertigungsprozesse.
- Sie verantworten die Erstellung und Pflege der Vollkostenrechnung direkt in unserem ERP-System und stellen so die Datenqualität sicher.
- Durch die Analyse von Kostenstellen und Kostenträgern identifizieren Sie Abweichungen, decken Optimierungspotenziale auf und diskutieren diese eng mit der Produktionsleitung.
- Sie entwickeln aussagekräftige Reports, die dem Management als fundierte Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen dienen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung und der Produktion wirken Sie aktiv bei der Erstellung der Finanz- und Budgetplanung mit.
- Sie gestalten die Zukunft unseres Controllings aktiv mit, indem Sie Prozesse optimieren und die Einführung moderner BI- und KI-Lösungen begleiten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling.
- Ihre Expertise in der Vollkostenrechnung ist fundiert und Sie haben diese bereits erfolgreich in der Praxis angewendet.
- Im Umgang mit gängigen ERP- und BI-Systemen sowie MS Excel sind Sie versiert.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie eine Affinität für KI-gestützte Tools mit, um unsere Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Mit Ihrer analytischen, strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise sind Sie ein geschätzter Teamplayer, der Themen vorantreibt.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1) und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
