Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Agrarwirtschaft, Agrarwissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vertriebs- oder produktnahen Funktionen, idealerweise im Umfeld der Agrarwirtschaft oder Tierhaltung mit
- Sie verfügen über ein hohes Verständnis für den Agrarmarkt sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu den Entwicklungen und Zukunftsthemen der Agrarbranche
- Sie sind fähig, Marktinformationen systematisch auszuwerten und daraus belastbare Entscheidungs- und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Sie kommunizieren souverän auf allen Ebenen – von Gesprächen mit Landwirt:innen und Kund:innen bis zur adressatengerechten Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis zur Ableitung und Bewertung von Entwicklungs- und Produktionskosten
- Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (C2)
