Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die komplette Instandsetzung von Karosserieschäden an Fahrzeugen unserer Konzernmarken wie VW, Audi, Škoda und Seat.
- Nach einer sorgfältigen Beurteilung von Unfallschäden erstellst Du die passenden Reparaturpläne und entscheidest über die optimale Vorgehensweise.
- Mit Deinem handwerklichen Geschick führst Du anspruchsvolle Schweiß-, Richt- und Montagearbeiten durch, um die Fahrzeuge wieder in Top-Zustand zu versetzen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Lackierer-Team bereitest Du die Karosserien für ein perfektes Finish vor und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Werkstattablauf.
- Du verantwortest die finale Qualitätskontrolle Deiner Arbeit und stellst sicher, dass jedes Fahrzeug unseren hohen Standards entspricht.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker:in, Karosseriebauer:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – auch direkt nach der Ausbildung bist du herzlich willkommen
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Beurteilung und Reparatur von Karosserieschäden mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Schweiß- und Richttechniken.
- Eine präzise Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne Hand in Hand mit deinen Kolleg:innen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich im Team problemlos abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
