Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Karosserieinstandsetzungen an Fahrzeugen der Marken Škoda, VW, VW Nutzfahrzeuge, Audi, Seat und Cupra durch
- Du beurteilst Unfallschäden und entwickelst geeignete Reparaturpläne
- Du führst Schweiß- und Richtarbeiten an Fahrzeugkarosserien aus
- Du tauschst beschädigte Karosserieteile aus
- Du bereitest Fahrzeuge für die Lackierung vor und arbeitest eng mit Lackierer:innen zusammen
- Du sicherst die Qualität und kontrollierst die durchgeführten Arbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Mechatroniker:in oder Karosseriebauer:in.
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Beurteilung und Reparatur von Karosserieschäden mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Schweiß- und Richttechniken.
- Eine präzise Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne Hand in Hand mit deinen Kolleg:innen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich im Team problemlos abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
