Was du tust:
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner betreust und begleitest du proaktiv unsere Bestands- und Neukunden über alle Projektphasen hinweg
- Du führst Kundenbriefings durch und erstellst Kundenpräsentationen
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung und Koordination des Designprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit Designern und CAD-Zeichnern
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse auf Basis von Renderings und CAD-Zeichnungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Budgets und Bauzeitenpläne, sowie die Qualität und Ausführung deiner Projekte
- Du übernimmst interne Abstimmungen mit Kalkulation, Technischer Projektleitung und Einkauf in den Projektphasen

Was du mitbringst:
- Du bringst mehrere Jahre (>6 Jahre) einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung der Messebaubranche mit
- Du zeigst eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Team und zum Kunden
- Unabdingbar sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast Organisationsstärke und ein gutes Kostenverständnis
- Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Projektbegleitung (durchschnittlich 3-5 Tage, ca 5-7x im Jahr) ist für dich selbstverständlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
