Was erwartet Dich?
- Du betreust bestehende Fertigungsprozesse sowie logistische Abläufe und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
- Du planst und überwachst Produktionsaufträge und stellst einen effizienten sowie termingerechten Fertigungsablauf sicher
- Du begleitest die Entwicklung von Prototypen und betreust die Überführung neuer Produkte und Verfahren in Kleinserie und Produktion
- Du steuerst und überwachst den Auftragsabwicklungsprozess für das Produktportfolio unseres Unternehmens
- Du evaluierst neue Fertigungstechnologien und Prozesse und begleitest deren Einführung in die Produktion
- Du wirkst bei Produktneuanläufen mit und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Überführung neuer Entwicklungen in stabile Fertigungsprozesse

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast entweder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und den Techniker im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Oder du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung als Produktions- oder Fertigungsingenieur (m/w/d) in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Verbundwerkstofftechnik bzw. Faserverbundwerkstoffe
- Du bist handwerklich begabt und packst auch mal gerne mit an
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und hast Freude daran, bestehende Abläufe systematisch zu analysieren und zu optimieren
- Du interessierst dich für moderne Composite-Fertigungsverfahren wie Filament Winding, Flechten, Overbraiding und RTM

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
