Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und modernisieren kontinuierlich die Controlling-Tools, Reporting-Prozesse und KPI-Systeme weiter, zum Beispiel durch den Ausbau von BI-Tools und automatisierten Datenabfragen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Produktion, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Management und Finance zusammen, um eine transparente, harmonisierte Daten- und Kostenbasis zu schaffen
- Sie identifizieren aktiv Effizienz- und Kostensenkungspotenziale im Produktionsumfeld und begleiten sowie verfolgen die entsprechenden Optimierungsmaßnahmen nach
- Sie überwachen kontinuierlich die Herstellkostenentwicklung, inklusive Nachkalkulationen, und pflegen sowie optimieren die Produktkalkulationen
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Forecasts, der Budgetplanung sowie fundierten Abweichungsanalysen mit
- Sie erstellen Ad-hoc-Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management und arbeiten engagiert bei strategischen Sonderprojekten mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit, vorzugsweise im Produktionsumfeld.
- Sie haben eine hohe IT-Affinität und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel), Power BI sowie Power Query.
- Erfahrung in der Datenmodellierung und Kenntnisse in SAP (z. B. R/3 oder S/4HANA) sind ein klares Plus.
- Mit Ihrer analytischen und proaktiven Art blicken Sie gerne über den Tellerrand, um Prozesse zu optimieren und neue Lösungsansätze zu finden.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
