Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle Marketing-Maßnahmen für unsere Festivalmarken Love Family Park, Electrique Baroque und weitere Formate
- Du entwickelst und schärfst das Markendesign und die Markenpräsenz, in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kreativen
- Du entwickelst und setzt Kampagnenkonzepte um, inklusive Budgetplanung
- Du erstellst Sponsoring-Konzepte und die Ticketing-Strategie, in Abstimmung mit der Head of Marketing
- Du arbeitest mit internationalen Partnern und Lizenzgebern zusammen
- Du managst Stakeholder und Projekte als Kernaufgabe, mit laufender Abstimmung mit Grafik, Social Media, CRM/Newsletter und Performance-Marketing-Dienstleistern
- Du planst und koordinierst die Mediaproduktion, inklusive Koordination vor Ort auf den Festivals
- Du betreust unsere Social-Media-Channels und koordinierst Kooperationen, Releases, Gewinnspiele und Ähnliches
- Du stimmst dich eng mit unserem Brand Lead für Time Warp ab und unterstützt insbesondere in Hochphasen
- Du setzt dich hands-on direkt vor Ort bei unseren Festivals und Events ein
- Du berichtest laufend an die Head of Marketing

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindesten zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projekt- oder Kampanenmanagement, idealerweise im Event-, Musik- oder Kulturbereich
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern und bewegst dich sicher in unterschiedlichen kulturellen und sprachlichen Kontexten
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Stärke im Stakeholder-Management und behältst bei mehreren Ansprechpartner:innen gleichzeitig den Überblick
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert bei der Steuerung von Maßnahmen, Timelines und Partnern
- Du hast ein Gespür für Markenführung und Interesse an strategischer Markenentwicklung, nicht nur an operativer Umsetzung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Social-Media- und Community-Management
