Was erwartet Sie?
- Im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen ermitteln Sie deren Wünsche und planen visuell ansprechende sowie funktionale Badkonzepte.
- Sie führen überzeugende Verkaufsgespräche und begeistern für unser hochwertiges Sortiment aus den Bereichen Sanitär, Bad- und Wohnkeramik.
- Eigenverantwortlich erstellen Sie Angebote, kalkulieren Preise und führen Preisverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Mithilfe von SAP wickeln Sie die gesamte Auftragsbearbeitung ab – von der Erstellung der Auftragsbestätigung bis zur Werksbestellung.
- Sie begleiten Ihre Projekte bis zur finalen Umsetzung und agieren als kompetente Ansprechperson, auch bei der Abwicklung von Reklamationen.

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Verkauf beratungsintensiver Produkte mit, zum Beispiel aus der Sanitär-, Fliesen- oder Möbelbranche.
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Verkaufstalent mit Verhandlungsgeschick und einem sicheren Auftreten begeistern Sie unsere Kund:innen.
- Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für Design und Trends, sind technisch affin und motiviert, sich in unser Sortiment und das SAP-System einzuarbeiten.
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
