Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst Fehler und Störungen an elektrischen sowie mechanischen Komponenten von Großküchengeräten direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
- Du übernimmst die regelmäßige Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen, um deren Langlebigkeit und Funktionalität sicherzustellen.
- Du installierst neue Geräte, nimmst diese fachgerecht in Betrieb und gibst dem Küchenpersonal eine erste Einweisung.
- Als technischer Ansprechpartner berätst du unsere Kunden aus Gastronomie und Hotellerie und findest passende Lösungen für ihre Anliegen.
- Du dokumentierst deine Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig und erstellst die notwendigen Berichte für die interne Abstimmung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf.
- Technik ist deine Leidenschaft und du hast Freude daran, dich eigenständig in komplexe Geräte einzuarbeiten.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und trittst im direkten Kundenkontakt serviceorientiert und freundlich auf.
- Für die Einsätze bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um dich reibungslos mit Kund:innen und dem Team abzustimmen.
