- Sie erfassen Kundenaufträge und sorgen gemeinsam mit unserem Logistik-Team für eine reibungslose und kundenorientierte Auftragsabwicklung
- Sie stehen im telefonischen und schriftlichen Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote und übernehmen die Rechnungserstellung sowie Rechnungsprüfung
- Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen und kümmern sich um das Dokumentenmanagement
- Sie pflegen und verwalten unsere Stammdaten und tragen so zu einer hohen Datenqualität bei
- Sie behalten auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick und sorgen für einen professionellen und zuverlässigen Kundenservice

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit Kund:innen
- Sie besitzen Organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
