- Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Business Development in den Ostsee-Anrainerländern.
- Nachhaltige Pflege, Beratung und der Ausbau bestehender B2B-Kundenbeziehungen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Angebotserstellung, technische Beratung und verhandlungssicherer Vertragsabschluss.
- Ausgewogene Reisetätigkeit (ca. 5–8 Tage/Monat) kombiniert mit einer hybriden Arbeitsweise (3 Tage Büro in Schönkirchen, 2 Tage Homeoffice nach der Einarbeitung).

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre nachweisbare Erfolge im internationalen B2B-Vertrieb.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Empathische, offene Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Eigendisziplin sowie Begeisterung für komplexe Kundenprodukte und den Neuaufbau von Märkten.
