Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Werkstatt-Teams und bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson im Tagesgeschäft.
- Gemeinsam mit der Werkstattleitung steuerst du die Werkstattprozesse und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Anlagen in der Lebensmittelproduktion sicher.
- Du verantwortest die gesamte Schicht- und Urlaubsplanung deines Teams und koordinierst bei Bedarf den Einsatz externer Dienstleister.
- Durch die Kontrolle und Pflege von Check- und Prüflisten überwachst du kontinuierlich unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
- Du verantwortest die Lagerverwaltung für technische Ersatzteile und Materialien und koordinierst in enger Abstimmung mit dem Lager die jährliche Inventur.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), und bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für industrielle Prozesse mit.
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einem mittelständischen Industriebetrieb, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie.
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sammeln und verstehst es, dein Team zu motivieren.
- Mit einer guten Mischung aus Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen sorgst du für einen starken Teamzusammenhalt.
- Du bist bereit, in Wechselschichten zu arbeiten und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team zu gewährleisten.
