Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365 Umgebung und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kollaborationstools reibungslos funktionieren.
- Du administrierst unsere hybride Serverlandschaft (Windows & Linux) mittels Virtualisierung und automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit PowerShell.
- Du übernimmst den zentralen Rollout von Software sowie Updates für unsere Clients und verwaltest Zugriffsrechte über Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Hardware-Lebenszyklus von der Beschaffung und Installation bis hin zur Konfiguration neuer Arbeitsplätze.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson im IT-Support analysierst und löst Du technische Störungen und unterstützt Deine Kolleg:innen bei allen IT-Fragen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ob mit IT-Ausbildung, Studium oder als erfahrene:r Quereinsteiger:in – du bringst eine solide Grundlage in der Systemadministration mit.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft-Umgebungen, inklusive Active Directory, Virtualisierung und der M365-Palette.
- Zudem hast du bereits Erfahrungen mit Linux-Betriebssystemen gesammelt und scheust dich nicht vor der Kommandozeile (z. B. PowerShell).
- Du bist ein echter Problemlöser: Du arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein, denkst logisch und findest für jede Herausforderung eine strukturierte Lösung.
- Für den reibungslosen Austausch im Team und mit den Anwender:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
