- Sie verantworten die gesamte Forschungs- und Entwicklungsstrategie der FEW Gruppe, steuern das Innovationsportfolio und stellen die erfolgreiche Überführung neuer Technologien in marktfähige Produkte sicher.
- Sie treiben die gruppenweite Optimierung und Standardisierung zentraler Unternehmensprozesse voran, insbesondere in der Entwicklung und Produktion, und implementieren dabei moderne Methoden wie Lean, Agile oder Six Sigma.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit bauen Sie die R&D- und Prozessorganisation weiter auf, entwickeln Ihre Teams gezielt weiter und fördern eine Kultur, die von Innovation und Leistungsorientierung geprägt ist.
- Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung sowie zu Abteilungen wie Produktion, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb, um strategische Initiativen abzustimmen und eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten.
- Sie tragen die volle Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung für Ihren Bereich, etablieren aussagekräftige KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung und sichern das geistige Eigentum des Unternehmens.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Fahrzeugtechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche.
- Als erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit haben Sie bereits erfolgreich komplexe, interdisziplinäre Teams aufgebaut, gesteuert und weiterentwickelt.
- Sie besitzen ein tiefes Verständnis für Entwicklungs-, Produktions- und Skalierungsprozesse sowie hohe Methodenkompetenz im Projekt- und Innovationsmanagement.
- Mit Ihrer analytischen Arbeitsweise, Umsetzungsstärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit treiben Sie Veränderungen voran und überzeugen durch klare Kommunikation.
- Sie kommunizieren gut auf Deutsch und verfügen über gutes technisches Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
