Was erwartet dich?
- Sie entwickeln und konstruieren mittels CAD innovative technische Lösungen für unsere Serien- und Entwicklungsprojekte in der Automobilindustrie.
- Sie beraten interne Fachbereiche wie die Fertigung und externe Kunden kompetent hinsichtlich Materialauswahl, Herstellbarkeit und optimaler Prozessgestaltung.
- Sie verantworten die technische Spezifikation und begleiten die Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln für die Produktion.
- Sie planen und betreuen eigenständig Versuche sowie Musterproduktionen, analysieren die Ergebnisse und leiten daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Sie begleiten die Serienübergabe, betreuen die Hochlaufphase und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Qualitätssicherung und dem Projektmanagement zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung mit, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche.
- Als erfahrener Konstrukteur sind Sie sicher im Umgang mit gängigen CAD-Programmen und haben idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement.
- Mit Ihrer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative passen Sie perfekt in unser Team.
- Sie kommunizieren gut auf Deutsch und verfügen über gutes technisches Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
