- Entwicklung und konstruktive Ausarbeitung von innovativen technischen Lösungen und Produkten
- Technische Entwicklung von Produkten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife im Bereich der Automobilindustrie
- Auslegung und Auswahl geeigneter Materialien, Komponenten und Fertigungstechnologien
- Beratung interner und externer Kunden bzgl. Produktdesign, Material, Prozess und Herstellbarkeit
- Erstellung und Bewertung von technischen Konzepten, Konstruktionen und Lösungsvarianten
- Spezifikation und Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln
- Planung und Betreuung von Versuchen, Prototypen und Musterproduktionen
- Analyse der Versuche und Ableitung von Produkt- und Prozessoptimierungen bis zur Serienübergabe
- Technische Betreuung der Hochlaufphase und kontinuierliche Produkt- und Prozessoptimierung
- Technische Schnittstelle zum Key Account Manager, Projektmanagement, Fertigung, Qualitätssicherung und Konstruktion

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung sammeln, vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Auslegung und Konstruktion technischer Produkte und Komponenten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Konstruktionsprogrammen zeichnen Sie aus, beispielsweise CAD-Programme, Prototyping-Tools und Entwicklungsumgebungen
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
- Sie überzeugen durch eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und technisch geprägte Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit rundet Ihr Profil ab
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und technische Englischkenntnisse
