Aufgabenbereich:
- Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Schichtpersonals
- Schicht-, Personal- und Vertretungsplanung
- Einarbeitung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden
- Steuerung der Produktion nach Menge, Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
- Überwachung von Kennzahlen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Optimierung von Prozessen, Abläufen und 5S-Standards
- Qualitätssicherung, Ursachenanalysen und Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Sicherstellung von Materialverfügbarkeit und korrekten Buchungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Logistik und Produktionsplanung
- Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und ESD-Vorgaben
- Montage von Schaltern und Bedienelementen nach Vorgabe – mit sicherem Blick für Details (Handmontage und teilautomatisierte Prozesse)
- Sorgfältige Sicht- und Funktionskontrollen während und nach der Montage

- Arbeitszeit: 2-Schicht, Frühschicht: 5:30 - 14 Uhr, Spätschicht: Mo-Do: 14 – 22:45 Uhr, Fr: 14– 21:30 Uhr; 3-Schicht ist ebenfalls möglich

Anforderungen:
- Technische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Führungserfahrung in Produktion oder Montage
- Kennntnisse in Produktionsprozessen und Qualitätsmethoden
- Verständnis für Kennzahlen wie Produktivität, Ausschuss und OEE
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Teams, Word und ERP-Systemen
- Kennntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und ESD
- Wertschätzender Führungsstil und Entscheidungsstärke
- Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein sowie Teamorientierung
